The Daily Record recently reported that Rangers were battling with Championship clubs West Brom, Aston Villa and Stoke for the signature of Nottingham Forest centre-back Joe Worrall, but the Baggies fans that voted in our poll were split on whether they needed him.
Worrall is an England U21 international and captained the side to victory in the 2017 Toulon Tournament. Despite being just 21 years old, the Nottingham-born defender has made 56 appearances for Forest but has now slipped to fifth choice centre-back under Aitor Karanka.
With the Daily Record reporting that the Reds are willing to let Worrall leave on loan with a view to a permanent deal next summer, Moore’s interest in the youngster would not have come as too much of a surprise to Baggies fans.
The West Midlands side have recently switched to a three at the back and with Craid Dawson yet to make an appearance after his transfer request this summer, Moore may need to be in the market for defensive cover.

The West Brom fans that voted in our poll were clearly not sure if Worrall was the answer though as only 49 per cent thought he would be a good signing. Check out the full results below.
