After almost suffering a major upset last week out in Belgium, Manchester United head into Thursday night’s clash against Club Brugge with a bit more optimism.
The Red Devils fell behind to the Belgian side in the first leg of their Europa League last 32 tie, but Anthony Martial’s equaliser and away goal gives United the advantage.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side also brushed past Watford 3-0 in the Premier League at the weekend, and so head into the mid-week fixture with a bit more bounce.

Below is a look at how United could line up.
Despite Sergio Romero arguably being at fault for Brugge’s goal last Thursday when he rushed out of his box, he is likely to keep his place as the Red Devils’ resident cup goalkeeper.
In front of him, Solskjaer has a major decision about whether to stick with the three-at-the-back that he employed out in Belgium, or the four-man defence that helped register a clean sheet and resounding victory on Sunday. The Norwegian may opt for the latter, but with the likes of Eric Bailly and Brandon Williams coming in.
In midfield, Scott McTominay will no doubt be itching to make his first start since his return from injury, and he could well renew his partnership with Fred in the engine room.

Further forward, Solskjaer will have yet another tough decision to make. The Red Devils travel to Merseyside on Sunday afternoon to face Everton, and he may well see fit to rest someone like Bruno Fernandes as he did so last time out against Brugge.
That could see Juan Mata come in to that all-important number ten role, whilst it is surely time for Odion Ighalo to get his first start at Old Trafford.
Predicted XI: Romero; Wan-Bissaka, Bailly, Maguire, Williams; McTominay, Fred; Greenwood, Mata, James; Ighalo.
Meanwhile, this Man Utd man was more creative than Bruno Fernandes against Watford.
